Rwanda- Uganda Border Finally Fully Open for Tourists

On March 4th 2022, the Office of the Prime Minister for Rwanda announced a loosening of Covid-19 related health restrictions.
Land borders have now been opened but the people may be subject to random testing by the Ministry of Health upon entry free of charge.

We are all excited that our travelers can finally cross from Uganda to Rwanda and vise versa for a number of activities.

Travelers visiting Rwanda can indulge in a number of activities which include; gorilla tracking and golden Monkey tracking in Volcanoes National Park, game drives in Akagera National Park, chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe National Park among other activities.

In the neighboring Uganda, travelers can do gorilla tracking in Mgahinga National Park or Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Golden Monkey Tracking in Mgahinga N. Park or visit the various savanna parks and much more.
